Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt, with return to the address Averof 52-54, Korydallos. Returns are made via carrier and shipping costs are at your expense. You can also bring the product to us yourself, in any case contact us before returning any product at 2104941184 or email us at orofilaktou@hotmail.com explaining the reasons for the return.
The product or products can be exchanged for another item or you can be refunded. A necessary condition is that they are in the condition in which you received them, that they have not been altered, soiled or in any other condition than their original condition.
Each product must be accompanied by the accompanying receipt, certification and change card.
Products that have been processed or engraved to the customer’s order are not returnable.
Sale products are only exchanged for sale products, and seasonal products such as Christmas and Easter are only exchanged for products of the same category.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are packed properly and cannot be damaged in transit.
We advise you to check the package and its contents thoroughly upon receipt. In the unfortunate event that the product reaches you damaged, please inform the courier company within the next 8 hours so they can take responsibility.
We inform you that FYLAKTOUS company bears no responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the object during the return transport.

When does my order ship?
All orders are shipped within three (3) business days from the date they were placed, subject to availability as indicated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then you will be informed of its status. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are sent to Greece with the courier company ACS Courier.
Delivery times
All shipments are delivered to all cities in Greece the next day with the exception of some more remote destinations and the islands, where it takes 2-3 days. In case of delay contact us at orofilaktou@hotmail.com or by phone at +30 2104941184 to inform you about your shipment.
In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
Shipping Cost.
You calculate the cost of shipping the product automatically before completing your order, after you first select the company you wish to ship the order to and the payment method.
The shipping cost for all of Greece is €10. In case you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be charged €3 extra.
Different delivery address
You can set a different delivery address in case your order is intended for a gift, when completing your order.
Absent at the time of delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the ACS distributor will leave a note with the company’s contact information so that you can arrange to come back at a time that works best for you. It can also be picked up from a branch of the respective company if specifically request
